We ship the day after purchase to anywhere in the world. All our products are carefully packaged and shipped with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery globally. We offer regular shipping across Spain, which takes 24-48 hours. Standard shipping to the US is done with regular mail and usually takes 5-10 days. For those who need their items sooner, we offer an express shipping option that guarantees delivery within 1-3 days in the US Please note that if you choose express shipping, we will need a phone number as it is a mandatory requirement by the shipping company .

We offer gift wrapping if you want to add a special touch to your order. Includes: Box, Tissue Paper, Cotton Bag, Delightful Scent, Personalized Message, and Ribbon Bow.

  • Personalized initials (Maximum 6 letters per piece)

We ship all orders from Spain.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days

Europe: 5–8 business days.

United Kingdom, United States, and the rest of the world: we recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks in advance of the event or gift date.

We also offer worldwide express shipping.

Shipping and Returns Policy

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing error, please contact us within a maximum of 30 days of receipt and we will find a solution as soon as possible.

If a package is lost during transit, the claim must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is our responsibility, we will cover all costs.

Returns

Because each product is custom-made exclusively for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.
