We offer regular shipping across Spain, which takes 24-48 hours. Standard shipping to the US is done with regular mail and usually takes 5-10 days. For those who need their items sooner, we offer an express shipping option that guarantees delivery within 1-3 days in the US Please note that if you choose express shipping, we will need a phone number as it is a mandatory requirement by the shipping company .

United Kingdom, United States, and the rest of the world: we recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks in advance of the event or gift date.
We also offer worldwide express shipping.

Shipping and Returns Policy
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing error, please contact us within a maximum of 30 days of receipt and we will find a solution as soon as possible.
If a package is lost during transit, the claim must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is our responsibility, we will cover all costs.
Returns
Because each product is custom-made exclusively for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.
If you have any issues with your order, we will be happy to help you. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
